Billing Policy


Effective Date: June 1, 2026


This Billing Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related billing matters are handled for HouseHeadDating.com™, and any related mobile application, website, or digital service operated by Chicago Digital Group, LLC.


By purchasing a subscription or paid feature through HouseHeadDating.com™, you agree to this Billing Policy.


1. Paid Memberships and Services

HouseHeadDating.com may offer paid memberships, subscriptions, premium features, upgrades, boosts, add-ons, or other paid services designed to enhance the user experience.

Paid services may include, but are not limited to:

Access to premium dating features
Enhanced profile visibility
Expanded messaging features
Special matching or discovery tools
Event-related features
Other premium digital services offered by HouseHeadDating.com™

The specific features, pricing, and terms of any paid service will be disclosed at the time of purchase.


2. Subscription Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed before purchase and may vary based on platform, promotional offer, location, taxes, currency, or payment provider.

HouseHeadDating.com may offer subscription plans such as monthly, quarterly, annual, or other recurring billing options.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.


3. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription term at the then-current rate.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize HouseHeadDating.com, StepperDating.com or BluesDates.com, Chicago Digital Group, LLC, Apple, Google, Stripe, or any authorized payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.


4. Apple App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your billing relationship is with Apple or Google, not directly with HouseHeadDating.com.

For app-based purchases:

Apple or Google will process your payment.
Apple or Google will manage renewals.
Apple or Google will handle cancellations.
Apple or Google’s refund policies will apply.

HouseHeadDating.com does not control Apple or Google billing systems and may not be able to issue refunds for purchases made through those platforms.

To cancel or manage an app store subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.


5. Website Purchases

If HouseHeadDating.com accepts payments directly through its website, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe or another authorized processor.

For direct website purchases, you authorize Chicago Digital Group, LLC and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the subscription or service selected.

You must provide accurate and current billing information. If your payment method is declined, expired, or otherwise invalid, your access to paid services may be suspended or terminated.


6. Taxes

Subscription prices may not include applicable taxes.

Depending on your location and the payment platform used, sales tax, use tax, VAT, digital service tax, or other government-imposed fees may be added to your purchase price.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.


7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the billing period already paid for, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Deleting your profile, uninstalling the app, disabling your account, or no longer using the service does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the billing platform where the subscription was purchased.


8. Refund Policy

All purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be submitted to Apple.

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play must be submitted to Google.

Refund requests for direct website purchases may be reviewed by HouseHeadDating.com on a case-by-case basis.

HouseHeadDating.com is not required to provide refunds for:

Unused subscription time
Failure to cancel before renewal
Accidental purchases
Lack of use
Dissatisfaction with matches or user interactions
Removal, suspension, or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
Technical issues caused by a user’s device, internet connection, or third-party platform

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.


9. Promotional Offers and Free Trials

HouseHeadDating.com™ may offer promotional pricing, discounts, free trials, or limited-time offers.

Promotional offers are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of the offer and may be limited to new users, specific locations, certain platforms, or specific time periods.

If a free trial is offered, you may be required to provide a payment method before the trial begins. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method may be charged.

HouseHeadDating.com™ reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or limit promotional offers at any time.


10. Price Changes

HouseHeadDating.com™ may change subscription prices or paid feature pricing at any time.

If the price of your recurring subscription changes, you will be notified as required by the applicable platform, payment processor, or law.

Continued use of the paid service after a price change takes effect may constitute acceptance of the new price.


11. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, HouseHeadDating.com™, and/or its payment processor may attempt to charge the payment method again.

If payment remains unsuccessful, your paid features may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated. You remain responsible for any unpaid charges, subject to applicable law.


12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a valid charge with your bank, credit card company, Apple, Google, or another payment provider, your  account may be suspended or restricted while the dispute is reviewed.

Fraudulent chargebacks or repeated payment disputes may result in termination of your account.

You are encouraged to contact billing@chicagodigitalgroup.com first regarding any billing concerns related to direct website purchases.


13. No Guarantee of Matches or Outcomes

Paid membership does not guarantee that you will receive matches, messages, dates, relationships, event invitations, or any specific romantic or social outcome.

HouseHeadDating.com provides access to features and services, but user interactions and relationship outcomes depend on individual users.


14. Account Termination and Paid Services

If your account is suspended or terminated because you violated the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, safety policies, or applicable law, you may lose access to paid features without a refund, unless otherwise required by law.

HouseHeadDating.com reserves the right to restrict or terminate paid access when necessary to protect users, the platform, or the integrity of the service.


15. Third-Party Payment Processors

HouseHeadDating.com™ may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By making a purchase, you may also be subject to the terms, privacy policies, and billing rules of the applicable third-party payment provider.

HouseHeadDating.com™ is not responsible for billing errors, processing delays, or account issues caused by Apple, Google, Stripe, banks, card issuers, or other third-party payment providers.


16. Billing Communications

By purchasing a paid service, you agree that HouseHeadDating.com™, Chicago Digital Group, LLC, or its payment providers may send you billing-related communications, including HouseHeadDating.com™, renewal notices, cancellation confirmations, payment failure notices, subscription updates, or policy changes.


17. Changes to This Billing Policy

Chicago Digital Group, LLC may update this Billing Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on HouseHeadDating.com™ or within the app with a revised effective date. Your continued use of paid services after the updated Billing Policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
